Notice: Tariff Reduction Refund Policy for US-China Shipments

Dear Valued Customers,

In light of the recent adjustments to the US-China trade agreement, which reduces the reciprocal tariff rate from the original 125% to 10%, our company has reviewed the previous surcharge rules and the actual tariff adjustment situation. Accordingly, we are implementing the following refund adjustments:

Effective Time:

  • Effective from 00:00 (midnight) Eastern Time, May 14.
  • Effective from 12:00 Beijing Time, May 15.

    Refund Standards:

    • Sea Freight (all channels): Refund of tariffs: 4.5 RMB/kg
    • Air Freight (all channels): Refund of tariffs: 3.5 RMB/kg

    Refund Method:

Refunds can be applied as freight deductions or cash refunds, based on the customer’s preference.

    Special Reminder:

Applications submitted after May 13 are not included in this refund policy (as they have already been calculated based on the adjusted tariff rates).

Thank you for your continued support and understanding!

    Best regards,

Quicker International Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
